Pszenica orkisz (Triticum spelta L.), zwyczajowo nazywana orkiszem lub szpelcem – gatunek zboża należący do rodzaju pszenica (rodzina wiechlinowatych). Popularna w średniowieczu, obecnie rzadko uprawiana.
W czasach prehistorycznych była głównie uprawiana na Bliskim Wschodzie, a obecnie przede wszystkim w krajach europejskich. Jest szczególnie rozpowszechniona w południowo-zachodnich Niemczech oraz w Szwajcarii. Jej uprawy znajdują się także w Stanach Zjednoczonych i Kanadzie.
